General description:
We are very pleased to introduce our apartment DAlex Prague II in Munich. We have been inspired by the magic atmosphere of the city of Prague to create this apartment. It is located in the Old Bogenhausen district, a very central and traditional neighborhood in Munich, just 3 km from the Marienplatz, the central square in Munich and offers an ideal place to spend your holiday or business trip in Munich.
The apartment has been furnished mostly in art nouveau style. The art nouveau style is very wide spread in Prague, the city giving the name to this apartment. The apartment has been furnished with original antique furniture with a fine decoration taste. In 98 square meters the guest will find two double bedrooms, a living room as well as a big kitchen with dining area and a spacious bathroom. There is also a wide hall on entering the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to eight guests.
Both bedrooms are equipped with majestic bedroom sets, original works of master carpenters of French and German origin in the early twentieth century. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (200 cm x 140 cm) together with a very nice wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table, all original pieces in German art nouveau style. This bedroom is very bright having a 3 meters x 2 meters big glass window. In the second bedroom the guest will find a very nice set of furniture in French art nouveau style including a double bed (200 cm x 140 cm), a wardrobe and two bedside tables. Tasty paintings and illustrations on the walls together with appropriate ceiling and table lamps round the delightful atmosphere.
The living room has a large sofa that offers a comfortable sit place to the guests. It can eventually be converted in the sleep place for up to two persons (200 cm x 160 cm). A 32 eanches flat screen TV with local and international channels can be watched in this room. A blue-ray-player is also the guest’s disposition. The living room is also very bright having a 3 meters x 2 meters big glass window.
The kitchen is excellently equipped with oven, microwave, four hobs, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher as well as a complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the dining table there is place for up to 8 guests as well as a sofa that can eventually converted into the sleep place for two children. There is also a wall TV in the kitchen.
The apartment has a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a big sink and a comfortable toilet. There is a hairdryer at the guest’s disposition. The bathroom walls are made of a nice marble in a brown tone.
The floor is wood parquet in the whole apartment (except the bathroom). The apartment has central heating. The building dates back to early last century and has a beautiful facade. The apartment is in the courtyard, so it is very quiet. First class bed sheets as well as towels will be provided.
There is a WiFi Internet access in the apartment included in the apartment’s price. Up to four free bicycles are also available upon request.
Location:
The apartment is located at the Prinzregentenstrasse 93, 81677 Munich, Germany. This is just 50 meters from the famous Prinzregentenplatz (Prince Regent Square) in Munich, which is also a subway and bus station. With the subway you are in 10 minutes in the Marienplatz, the central square in Munich. It is a privileged location in the prestigious Bogenhausen quarter of Munich. All shops and facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. The atmosphere in the Prince Regent Square with its many recreational opportunities such as Prince Regent Theatre, Prinzregentenbad, English Garden and the renowned galleries and quality restaurants ensure the continued attractiveness of the neighborhood as a favorite of Munich.
The apartment does not have a private parking or garage available but the apartment's area (Bogenhausen) is a free parking area. You can park with no cost in almost any street in the area. The parking availability in the area depends on the day hour, but it takes no more than 5 minutes in average to find a free lot. If you are planning to move around, outside Munich, it is not a bad idea to have a car. For movements inside Munich it is probably not a very good idea (there are lot of paid parking areas in the city).
