9. Cancellation Policy
All reservations are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non transferable except as provided
under these Booking Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a cancellation the owner is to be notified by telephone
or email as soon a possible and prior to the date of arrival. The cancellation charges will be calculated as
follows:
- A 20 € administration fees will be charged for any cancellation. Beside that a cancellation
fee according to following rules will be charge:
- There are not cancellations fees if the cancellation occurs more than
90 days prior to the intended arrival.
- Cancellation within 61 to 90 days prior your intended arrival is
subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the pre-payment.
- Cancellation within 31 and 60 days prior your intended arrival is
subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the pre-payment.
- Cancellation within 15 and 30 days prior your intended arrival is
subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the pre-payment.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior your intended arrival is subject to
a cancellation fee of 80% of the pre-payment.
The refund will be calculated on the basis of the pre-payment, minus the
administration and cancellation fees. The guest will bear the bank charges for the transfer of the refund.
The owner is not responsible for cancellation due to circumstances
beyond one’s control which shall include strike, natural calamities, disease, death, war (non exhaustive list),
and consequently the client has to make the payment and undertake to cancel the booking following the
cancellation policy in these Terms and Conditions.
10. Loss of booking and pre-payment
If you do not show up on the arrival date, the reservation will be deemed to have been cancelled.
If we are intimated of your delay 48 hours prior to arrival, we will hold your reservation
for one more day. The apartment will be considered to have been occupied from the original date of arrival.
You will not be entitled to any extension on your original booking.
